I'm a developer who never stopped being a human first. I build websites, wellness brands, and creative projects rooted in real life — because the best technology serves people, not the other way around.
As a certified personal trainer and coach, my work has always been client-centered — meeting people where they are and helping them move forward. That same philosophy is what led me to code. I discovered that technical skills and people skills aren't as different as everyone thinks — both are about solving real problems for real humans. Now I build websites and brands that live with heart. The100Method is my own wellness brand — a philosophy rooted in Pilates, breath, and the belief that your goals are worth going after — designed and developed by me from the ground up. I'm drawn to work that means something, whether that's in wellness, tech, or anywhere the two meet.

The100Method was born during Pilates teacher training — a philosophy about staying grounded while going after your goals. In Pilates, the Hundred is a foundational exercise: 100 beats of the arms, breathing in and breathing out, a reminder to move with intention and connect breath to your core.
Breathe in, breathe out. Move through your day knowing that every choice flows from your core values and beliefs. And when things don't go as planned — dig deeper. Understand how your beliefs may need to shift to carry you to the next level.
