At Mastercard I worked as a Reliability Engineer — managing incident workflows, leading a department wide knowledge base audit in Confluence, and translating complex technical findings into executive ready documentation for global stakeholders. I monitored system performance through DOMO and Excel and partnered with engineering teams to keep operations aligned across programs. My technical foundation comes from LaunchCode's full stack web development bootcamp which covered JavaScript, Java, MySQL, Thymeleaf, and REST APIs. I bring technical depth and clear communication through my years of client relationship management and leadership as a personal trainer.
