About

At Mastercard, I worked as a Reliability Engineer. Managing incident workflows, leading a company wide knowledge base audit in Confluence, and translating complex technical findings into executive ready documentation for global stakeholders. I monitored live system performance through DOMO and Excel; partnered with engineering teams to keep operations aligned across programs.
My technical foundation is full stack web development through LaunchCode including JavaScript, Java, MySQL, Thymeleaf, and REST APIs.
With my technical background I bring years of client relationship management and team leadership as a personal trainer. I'm looking for roles where my technical knowledge and clear communication matter.
