About

At Mastercard I worked as a Reliability Engineer — managing incident workflows, leading a department wide knowledge base audit in Confluence, and translating complex technical findings into executive ready documentation for global stakeholders. I monitored system performance through DOMO and Excel and partnered with engineering teams to keep operations aligned across programs.
My technical foundation is full stack web development bootcamp through LaunchCode; including JavaScript, Java, MySQL, Thymeleaf, and REST APIs. Combined with years of client relationship management and leadership as a personal trainer. I bring both technical depth and clear communication to project management and UX roles.
